RETURN POLICY
We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from the date you received your item to request a return.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it — unused, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.
A return handling fee of $5.99 USD will be deducted from your refund amount. This fee covers return processing and is the responsibility of the customer.
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@ridrplug.com. Approved returns will be given the return adress. Once your return is approved, we will send you a prepaid return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at support@ridrplug.com so we can assess the issue and make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants)
- Custom or personalized products (e.g., special orders or made-to-order items)
- Personal care and hygiene products (e.g., beauty products)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Sale items or gift cards

Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return your current item. Once your return is approved, you may place a new order for the desired product separately.
Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with EU consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU), consumers within the EU have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of receiving their item, without providing a reason.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you may use our digital withdrawal form, available in the footer of our website and on this page. Submit your request directly through the form — no need to contact us by email or phone. Once your request is confirmed, you will automatically receive an acknowledgment to your registered email address.
The same conditions apply: the item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. The return handling fee of $5.99 USD also applies when exercising the right of withdrawal.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days, minus the applicable return handling fee. Please note that your bank or card issuer may require additional time to post the refund.
