Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of purchase. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Delivery & Shipping Times
Our products are shipped from our warehouse in China with an estimated delivery time of 5–10 business days via tracked shipping. Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation by email.

Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking
When your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please check your spam or junk folder if you do not see it in your inbox.
